    Weekly cohort meetings occur on Sunday mornings, in person. By checking the box below you are confirming you understand that your attendance is required and that 3 unexcused absences may result in possible dismissal from the Main Street Fellowship.*
    I understand that over the course of the next year I will be expected to read on average 100 pages per week and actively participate in discussions.*
    I would like information on financial assistance. (The cost is $1,200 per person. We do not want cost to prohibit anyone's participation, so we warmly encourage you to reach out for more information on cost reduction if that would be helpful.)*
