Communications Requests

Please Keep in Mind

  • Project requests must be approved by the ministry leader and submitted by a staff member.
  • Communications Team must be involved when any poster/sign is placed inside the building.

Lead Time for Projects

  • New Projects/Design Work (print or digital): 4 weeks
  • Video Projects (concepting and/or recording plus editing or other post-production): 6-8 weeks
  • Website Changes (changes to structure of site, page, or navigation): 4-6 weeks
  • Web (content updates) and Social Media Requests: 5 business days 
  • Church Alive/eWeekly: 8 business days before the Sunday it’s communicated
  • Email Promotions: 3-5 days from receipt of approved copy (timing is dependent on emails already in the queue to send)
  • Re-prints: 5 business days
