Register For Equipping Seminars At FPC
9:30 AM | Engaged and Newly Married Couples | LC 227/228 | Sundays February 23-March 29
We encourage engaged and newly married couples to join us for this six-week Sunday School Class. Marriage is both a gift from God and a means by which we display God's faithfulness to the world. Because of this reality, thoughtful preparation for this covenant relationship and its journey is necessary. This is beneficial both before and even shortly after marriage.
FPC offers a six-week seminar that addresses the biblical meaning of marriage, discusses common issues couples face, and provides vital tools to help navigate your relationship. The class is taught by members of FPC, pastors, and family counseling professionals. The class facilitators are Alan and Claudia Stewart.
Whether you are considering marriage, are engaged, or have already been married for a few months or years, this class is beneficial to all as we work towards glorifying our Lord in the way we love our future or current spouse. Join us as we prepare to love one another well together!
9:40 AM | New and Expecting Parents | FH 154 | Spring Dates Coming Soon
Our hope is that new and expecting parents would join us for the Parenting Beginnings six-week Sunday School Class.
Stacey Rockwell, Director of Children and Family, will be leading a class on parenting newborns. This six-week discussion and reflection group is perfect for anyone that is considering having an infant, about to have an infant, or currently has an infant.
Stacey Rockwell will facilitate the group using Your Newborn Promise Project: A Christian Pre-Parenting Primer. The guide walks us through scripture that encourages reflection on our relationships with each other, our own parents, and God, as we take on the responsibility of being Christian parents.
