Due to the temporary restrictions implemented by our national and local government leaders, all in-person gatherings have been postponed or cancelled to limit the spread of COVID-19. However, some classes and groups are still meeting via Zoom and other methods because, though we are practicing physical distance, the church is called to move toward one another in loving, encouraging relationship. We hope you will be able to easily join a class or small group of your preferred style or lfie-stage to find relational stability and rich Scripture study during this changing season!
Please visit our Sunday School or Small Groups page to connect with community via virtual means. Feel free to reach out to Catie Smith, Director of Discipleship, at firstname.lastname@example.org to connect with a leader about his or her specific group or with any other questions about this unique season.
In addition to Small Groups and Sunday School classes, we are providing many other resources to support you and your household during this time. Please visit our Discipleship Page below to access devotional material, prayer tools, and more encouragement during this new rhythm of life.
What To Expect From The Marriage Ministry At FPC
We believe Christian marriage is a unique relationship created by God to be a witness to the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is vital that Christians who are married view their relationship with the utmost care and attention.
FPC's marriage ministry is designed to help strengthen couples' relationship with God and one another. We are committed to providing appropriate resources to help, encourage, challenge and support married couples at FPC.

9:30 AM | Engaged and Newly Married Couples
We encourage engaged and newly married couples to join us for this six-week Sunday School Class. Marriage is a gift from God and we place a high value on the importance and necessity of preparing for this relationship, before and after marriage.
FPC offers a six-week seminar that addresses the biblical meaning of marriage, common issues couples face, and provide vital tools to help navigate your relationship. The class is taught by members of FPC, pastors, and family counseling professionals. The class facilitators are Alan and Claudia Stewart.
Whether you are considering marriage, engaged, or have been married for only a few months or years, this class is beneficial to all as we work towards glorifying our Lord in the way we love our future or current spouse.
For information on this and our other Equipping Seminars, please contact Catie Smith, Director of Discipleship, at email@example.com.
