In-Home Care

We have covenant partners who are unable to leave their homes or have limited mobility due to an illness or change in health. If you or a loved one within the FPC community has recently had such a transition, we would love to follow up with that individual and learn how we can be of assistance. We can arrange for a visit to your home and provide communion as requested
