In addition to offering considerable advancement in all three of these areas, TouchPoint also provides a better view of our community’s needs, more personalized interaction, and a suite of tools that will allow you to engage with FPC, your ministry leaders, and those in your groups and communities.

Accessing the New TouchPoint System

Over the course of this summer, we will share more information about how members will begin utilizing the new TouchPoint system. If you frequently use the InFellowship platform and need access to the new TouchPoint system sooner, you can email membership@fpchouston.org for assistance.

Online Giving

With the launch of TouchPoint, our online giving platform will move from Subsplash to TouchPoint. If you currently give online via our website, text, or our existing app, you will be prompted to set up a new account the first time you access online giving via TouchPoint.

Automated Giving

If you have a recurring gift that is currently set up to be sent to FPC automatically, your gift will remain in place for now. Over the summer, the Finance team will begin migrating automatic gifts and reach out to those who utilize this method of giving before the end of August.
