As declared by the Surgeon General, our country is experiencing an epidemic of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. As we hope to help our children, we must also examine our own anxious tendencies. Join moms from KDO, FPC, and the Houston community as we learn to uncover the roots of our own anxiety, process it in healthy ways rather than passing it on, model bravery, and connect more deeply with our kids.
