  • Hope and Healing Center Institute (HHCI): HHCI is a comprehensive mental health resource serving the Houston community and beyond. They offer a variety of free services such as mental health coaching, support groups, telepsychiatry, as well as a mental health peer support line.

  • NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) Greater Houston: The mission of NAMI is to improve the lives of all persons affected by mental illness through support, education, and advocacy-based programs and services.   • Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): SAMHSA is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. SAMHSA’s mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America’s communities.

  • Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA): ADAA focuses on improving the quality of life for those with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders through education, practice, and research.
