The mental health of the youth in our country—especially in relation to social media use—is constantly in the news. As parents, we can feel confused, fearful, or powerless about how to respond. Join Meaghan Hampton, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and FPC Covenant Partner, as she provides us with a Christ-centered and scientifically informed understanding of the origins of depression and anxiety and how parents and kids can cope. After the 45-minute talk, enjoy a night out off-campus before childcare pickup at 8 PM.
